What is SyncIt

SyncIt is an automatic upload tool, It inspect the files you setted continuously, if some file changed, SyncIt will upload the changed files to host automatically.

When SyncIt started, it check the files last modified time, if some files last modified time is newer than the last upload time, SyncIt upload this file to host and update the file's last upload time.
